Schools can order an optional commemorative shield in recognition of trophies won at major carnivals. The commemorative shield will recognize any of the team trophies that were won by the school; Combined Aggregate, Boys/Girls Aggregate, Junior Boys/Girls, Senior Boys/Girls. Shield size is 305mm x 260mm and only one shield per school per carnival can be ordered. The shields will recognize all team trophies that were won by a school at a particular carnival. There have been some recommended changes to the design of the shield increasing the cost for 2012 to $94.75 including delivery. To order simply complete this form and submit, schools will be billed for costs by the ACC and shields will be delivered direct to the school.
