To nominate as an umpire please complete this on-line nomination form. Sections marked with an * are mandatory and must be completed. When you have completed the form print a copy for your records and then press the submit button to send your nomination to the ACC. The cost of nomination is $10.00 and this is payable to your school sports coordinator.

To nominate as an umpire you must be associated with an ACC school as either a student, parent, staff member or ex-student.

Once your nomination form is submitted a confirmation message from the ACC will appear on the web window. If you do not see a confirmation message on the web site then your form was not submitted correctly and you should try to re-submit or contact the ACC office.
