The tyranny of distance didn’t stop St Mary’s Star of Sea (Carnarvon), Esperance Anglilcan Community School (Esperance) and Australian Christian College (Albany) from competing in the ACC’s J Division athletics carnival in beautiful conditions at the WA Athletics Stadium today.
However, it was Esperance ACS that dominated from start to finish, recording a comfortable win (1123 points) from Southern Hills Christian College (939) in second, with St Mary further back in third (896).
