Association All Star Representative Teams
Students from member schools are offered the opportunity to represent the association in an active team capacity, and to subsequently be awarded ACC All Stars for the relevant sport.
Teams are selected to represent the ACC in matches played against the representative teams from other school sport associations, such as School Sport WA (SSWA) and Independent Girls’ School Sport Association (IGSSA). These teams provide a great opportunity for ACC students to represent their school and association in exceptionally high-quality matches involving some of the best school-aged athletes in WA.
ACC Representative teams are also referred to as All Star Teams, as all athletes who represent the ACC in an inter-association match are awarded ACC All Stars [1] and will receive an All Star pin and special acknowledgement from the association. If a player is selected three times, they will be awarded ACC All Star Letters [1].
Teams are currently selected in Australian Football (Boys and Girls), Basketball (Boys and Girls), Cricket and Netball (Girls).
ACC schools are encouraged to identify players of suitable ability to nominate for these teams.
Selection trials will be held each year to determine the final teams.
