It is the aim of the ACC to conduct a series of carnivals, providing annual competition in accordance with its Constitution. Carnivals aim at providing a culmination to athletics conducted in physical education programmes, giving individuals the opportunity to further develop their skills whilst representing their school. Swimming and Athletics Carnivals are conducted on a divisional model and cater for all levels of involvement within the Association. Promotion and relegation occurs between Carnival divisions.
