All ACC Athletics Carnivals will be live streamed for member schools. The broadcast will include all track events and presentation ceremonies; however, no close-up images will be taken of students identified through this form.
Carnival results, including student names and performances, will be published on the ACC website unless a student requests not to be named. Schools are able to nominate an alias name for these students which will appear on all participating event information. Students should be aware of their alternative name when marshalling for event/s.
If a student does not give consent for any of the following, this form must be completed and submitted by Friday, 29 August 2025:
- Video Footage
- Photography
- Publication of Student’s Name
Important: If information changes before the carnival, it is the responsibility of the school to notify the ACC.
